Michelle Morsberger serves as JMA’s Service Delivery Manager, Cybersecurity. She leads high-performing, cross-functional teams that deliver mission-critical security solutions for the Department of Defense. With a career spanning four decades, Michelle brings more than 20 years of experience in logistics and 20 years of expertise in cybersecurity and information technology, with a strong foundation in U.S. Navy operations.

At JMA, Michelle directs teams of Information System Security Officers (ISSOs), Information System Security Engineers (ISSEs), Security Control Assessor (SCA) Liaisons, and Cybersecurity Analysts. Her leadership helps ensure that complex system packages achieve and maintain the necessary authorities to operate, use, and connect. Her team specializes in identity management, cybersecurity analysis, Risk Management Framework (RMF) monitoring, and SCA liaison support.

A 20-year veteran of the U.S. Navy, Michelle combines military leadership and discipline with advanced technical expertise. She holds the Certified in Governance, Risk and Compliance (CGRC) credential, a Master of Business Administration, and a Graduate Certificate in Security Management from Saint Leo University.
