Most recently serving as Executive Director of the Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Business Systems Center, he has led enterprise-scale modernization efforts; championing data strategy, systems integration, and digital transformation for the U.S. Navy.

His leadership journey spans active duty as a Navy Supply Corps officer to executive roles shaping Navy ERP, enterprise architecture, and business intelligence initiatives.
