We are proud to share that JMA Resources President and CEO Nancy Martindell has been named the 2025 Small Business Person of the Year by the U.S. Small Business Administration’s Eastern Pennsylvania District Office.

District Director Steve Dixel of the SBA Eastern Pennsylvania District Office joined us in person to recognize Nancy with this award. This recognition is a powerful affirmation of the values that guide JMA: integrity, collaboration, and a steadfast commitment to our clients, our people, and our community. It underscores the belief that small businesses can lead with both purpose and impact, creating meaningful opportunities while delivering exceptional work.
As one of the few women-owned businesses in our industry, JMA’s success reflects not only technical expertise but also an enduring commitment to partnership, excellence, and innovation. The award highlights the leadership of Nancy, but, more importantly, it shines a light on the collective strength of the JMA team.
We’re grateful to the SBA Eastern Pennsylvania District Office for honoring JMA’s journey. It is a privilege to stand alongside other small businesses working to make a meaningful impact in their communities and across the country.
