Sue Engels is a trailblazing Woman in Technology with over 30 years of experience across diverse corporate landscapes. Her career spans every phase of IT program and project management, including defining scope, planning, overseeing budgets, allocating resources, managing risks, and building high-performing teams. With expertise that bridges business and technology, Sue has held leadership roles in both public and private sectors, delivering impactful results with vision and accountability.
Sue serves on the Executive Board of Directors for the Technology Council of Central Pennsylvania (TCCP) and chairs its Women in Tech Subcommittee, where she is dedicated to advancing women in technology and amplifying their voices across all levels of the industry. Additionally, as a Gartner Peer Community Ambassador, she fosters innovation and collaboration across industries (including Fortune 500 companies, startups, academia, and government) within a unique, no-sales environment that prioritizes the exchange of ideas.
